He went above and beyond the service requested and gave good advice for other problem areas in the house. After evaluating our home, he provided a quote and completed the work on time and slightly under his estimated cost. In the future it would be helpful to come up with a more clear and detailed estimate prior to completing the installation (like the detailed invoice we recently received in the mail)." |
